− Os funcionários eram pouco comunicativos e simpáticos, o pequeno-almoço era fraco e com pouca qualidade e variedade e o quarto era pequeno, com decoração velha, péssimo isolamento de som e difícil utilizar o ar condicionado

10.0Die Lage war 12/10, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen und hatte den Termini Hauptbahnhof nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war super lieb und hilfsbereit, das Einzelzimmer vollkommen ausreichend, sehr sauber, nachts ruhig und klimatisiert. Das Frühstück war top.
Péssimo serviço e acomodações
3.0− O quarto não tinha ar condicionado a funcionar, em vez de irem resolver, culparam o hóspede de não saber trabalhar com o ar, só passados 6 dias de estadia e ameaças com queixas ao direito do consumidor lá trocaram o quarto. O pequeno almoço outra chatice, na receção mal falavam inglês, muito mau. Não aconselho a ninguém. Mau hotel
