9.0Pokój czysciutki, przytulny,personel bardzo miły zawsze pomocny i uśmiechnięte,co sprawiało że zawsze bez skrępowania można było spytać o wszystko,Pan obsługujący śniadania bardzo miły , kulturalny,śniadania smaczne, Byłam gościem w Mikołaju drugi raz i napewno tam wrócę,idealne miejsce dla osób przyjeżdżających zwiedzać,ponieważ lokalizacja jest najlepsza z możliwych w Krakowie,blisko na Stary Rynek, Wawel....a jednocześnie nie słychać tramwajów,Polecam hotel 🏨
