5.0Tienen un Sky bar que es la joya del hotel. El personal es muy amable.
− La habitación es un poco antigua. La terraza estaba descuidada. Faltan enchufes. No podíamos conectar la cafetera sin quitar la TV. La bañera no tenía tapón. Faltaba jabón para la ducha. La puerta del baño estaba roída. La caja fuerte no tenía pilas. Los restaurantes no siempre están abiertos, hay horas del día en las que no puedes tomar nada. Spa cerrado, casino cerrado. Las toallas de la piscina son horribles y están muy desgastadas y descoloridas. Los alrededores del hotel muy descuidados también, fruta podrida caída de los árboles...

10.0El trato del personal inmejorable, habitación limpia , amplia y equipada . Agradecemos que Nos dieron una habitación mejor de la contratada . Detalles de bienvenida en la habitación . La piscina y hamacas ideales , comida muy buena y abundante tanto en la bodega como en el rte italiano. La terraza de la azotea ideal para tomar algo por la noche . Para repetir . Muchas gracias
− Como sugerencias de mejora : poner el agua de bienvenida en el minibar para que esté fresca. Sería ideal tener servicio de bar en la piscina y / o horario de cafetería más amplio.
