It was great when it was a real boutique hotel and family owned. I think it lost its charm!
8.0The location is great and individually the staff are great but I feel it lacks mid management!
− It’s been refurbished since the last time I stayed there but I’m told it’s going to be completely renovated by year end. There is a major issue with noise, if your room is above the garage, you hear every car rolling in and out. Also, housekeeping staff don’t realize how much noise they are creating while vacuuming and cleaning rooms. Their conversations alone could wake up the whole floor. It’s not peaceful at all. Again, I feel it lacks mid management or a proper chain to run this hotel!
