8.0Reception staff were very friendly and always happy to answer any questions and available 24 hours. They were fluent in English but also patient with my French. Location is a short walk from 2 subway stations and a direct subway line from Gare du Nord station if arriving from the Eurostar and in the heart of Marais with many places to eat nearby. Cold water refill station near hotel entrance was very conveniant. Did not have hotel breakfast but it appeared fresh with a good variety of options. Room is small but storage is well planned and had a full size shower. Room had a lovely small French balcony. Despite 35 degree temperature in Paris our room was cool and comfortable and very quiet.
− We had 2 carry on suitcases which room could accomdate but room would have been tight if we had full size suitcases.
