− Room wasn’t clean. I told them to clean again but they didn’t but next day they did clean the room. WiFi wasn’t working. It will connected for a while then disconnect. Most important thing per person tax is too much. More than Paris, we paid like 47 EURO for two people for three days. Be aware of that

8.0Staff were very accommodating. After our checkout we only left the hotel at 9 pm but they were very kind throughout the day
− Would have liked an individual safety deposit box / safe in the room rather than kept in the communal area
Customer service is lacking and rooms are noisy.
7.0The hotel is clean and in a convenient area.
− Upon check in, I was told to wait because they were doing staff changeover. The man at the desk then proceeded to help several other guests. I was never called to come back up. Eventually, I walked up to the counter and was ignored a while longer but eventually was given the key to my room. They should either change the check in time or the time they change staff. I was exhausted and just wanted to get into bed. Not a great start to my stay. Other than that, the walls were thin and I could hear everything happening next door and in the hallway.
