10.0A four generation property where you are made to feel like family. Such a cozy homey property. Guests are encouraged to walk through the farm to visit the farm animals and taste the fruits. Breakfast is plentiful with fresh ricotta made in house figs from the trees on the property and freshly made preserves and juices. The olive oil is sublime. A bottle is left on every table at dinner and is drizzled onto a plate for guests to dip the freshly baked assorted breads that show up every evening at dinner service. The cuisine is local and simple yet tasty and unpretentious. Reminding me of my mothers food. I can’t say enough about Masseria Salinola. If you can go, you should go. Thank you Daniele and all the staff for treating us so well. We will return.
