8.0The host was helpful, the location is extraordinary, the room is great, quiet and safe, the view is incredible and the fridge and air conditioning was welcome given the heat wave.

− EN Contrary to what the listing claims, this room is FAR from being "luxurious"! It is a very small, completely standard room with nothing special about it. The bed is about as comfortable as a wooden board. As for the so-called "Italian breakfast" advertised in the description, it consists of industrial, vacuum-packed croissants. The Wi-Fi works poorly and only when it feels like it. The room was not cleaned on the second day. The shower on the second day was the final straw in this disgraceful stay: there was only cold water! On the morning of check-out, the owner simply refused to come. I was therefore forced to send him a WhatsApp message listing all of these issues. Since then, he has completely ignored me and has not responded to any of my calls. Let's not forget the famous "parking" advertised on the B&B's page. It exists only in the owner's imagination: there is NO parking at this property. Instead, you are casually directed to the Duomo Garage, where you'll be charged the modest sum of... €25 per night. In the end, this makes for a very expensive stay considering you're paying for a mediocre, tiny room and a cafeteria-quality breakfast. In fact, I suspect university students probably get fresher croissants in their campus cafeterias. In short: avoid this place at all costs! FR À éviter absolument ! Pour le reste, tout est très décevant : la chambre est minuscule, banale et ne correspond en rien à la description qui la présente comme « luxueuse ». Le lit est extrêmement inconfortable, le Wi-Fi fonctionne très mal, la chambre n'a pas été faite le deuxième jour et il n'y avait que de l'eau froide dans la douche. Le petit-déjeuner annoncé comme « italien » se résume à des croissants industriels emballés. De plus, le parking promis n'existe pas : il faut payer 25 € par nuit dans un parking voisin.

− Le scale. Non c’è ascensore e la struttura è su più piani in verticale. Essenziale frigo bar gratuito e colazione obbligatoriamente in camera.
