Molto comoda e pulita, personale gentile

was adequate for a one night stay. close to the train station.

breakfast was included. Had to go to another hotel to get the breakfast. The food was certainly acceptable .

− bathroom was very small. Had to leave the hotel for breakfast. Didn't realize there was a 1/2 marathon going on the morning of our departure. That made the availability of rooms available at any location very difficult. This was one of the only places available.

Per essere solo un 2 stelle è un buon hotel. Personale gentile, camera pulita e silenziosa, colazione soddisfacente anche se in un'altra struttura a circa 40m. Molto vicino alla stazione Termini.

terrible experience, try to avoid this hotel

− we had a booking for 2 people but our third friend who stayed in a different hotel let his phone charging in our room while we went for dinner. after we arrived, person at the reception started screaming at him who are you? what are you doing here? we explained what happened and he said it’s against the hotel policy, which we accepted. but he said he must search the room now (we accepted this too) because our friend looks like “syrian terorist”. this statemen was crazy, given that all 3 of us are Slovaks, from the EU country, as we also proved. then receptionist said he will call the police. so i called the manager. manager arrived, almost punched me in the face (if the woman there wasn’t holding him he would certainly do) and screamed at us that we have to leave the hotel. although our accommodation was fully paid. this was so unnecesary. then we were surrounded by 5 guys who came together with manager and receptionist. so we called the police as well. police came and started hugging with the guys from the hotel. they ignored our request and took our IDs, checked them and told us there is nothing they can do for us. if you ever encountered italian police, you know what i am talking about. sadly booking is so far also ignoring our request for a refund, so we were basically scammed. then police told us we were checked as a football hooligans, because apparently there was a football match a team from our country played. so thrown out of the hotel for no reason, with no refund. fraud

This hotel is worth the more affordable price you pay and it’s in an excellent location.

This is a really affordable hotel, about a 25/30 minute walk to a lot of the sites and a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station. The staff were lovely and really accommodating regarding earlier check in and check out Our room was spacious and had a decent sized mini fridge which we appreciated. The bed was comfy enough.

− In the morning the sound of one of the main doors slamming as people left was quite loud, but this didn’t go on for too long. During the night, it was really quiet. Some small repairs are needed, for example, our shower screen was broken where parts of the screen had broken off. This as well as the angle of the shower head and size of the cubicle, meant we had to hold the shower head to use it to avoid flooding the bathroom.
