9.0The service and cleanliness. The staff were uniformly excellent in providing service and in their friendliness. I would like to particularly commend the front desk staff (especially Charlotte), the kitchen and bar staff (especially John and Pavio [Pouya?]) and the room cleaning staff. It was well located for many of the main attractions ( different from previously trips where I had chosen a hotel at the other end of city near Piazza del Popolo).
− My room slightly on small size but OK especially for one person. It was nevertheless very pleasant.
