10.0Staff was wonderfully friendly and kind. Room was adorable, but stairs are tough, so be warned. Best times downstairs every night. Loved absolutely everything about staying here. Made our Mother/daughter trip perfect

Clean, basic accomodations, great location as long as you can deal with noise
4.0Location was perfect for me. I wasn't expecting daily housekeeping so this was a plus.
− The noise from the bar went until past 2 AM on Thuirs, Friday and Saturday. I figured on noise, just not that late. Toiletries were not replenished. Hot water in the shower was 50/50 at best. Pillow was too hard for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

9.0Lovely place on top of one of the best bars in the city. My room was properly sound insulated, so if I closed the windows, etc, I couldn't hear anything, but e.g. if I wanted to hear the live music they were playing on Sunday, I could just open the window on my room and enjoy it. The room is no frills but clean and properly cared for. The area is amazing, with not only O'Donoghues but a few other amazing establishments (Toner's, Doheny & Nessbit, etc), and St. Stephen's Green is right there for a nice morning walk.
Great spot in Central location, would highly recommend!
10.0The property is centrally located in Dublin, which allowed us to easily walk to many activities, including the train station foe day trips.
− The only negative is the stair case, its steep and has tight corners, making getting luggage up the stairs difficult.
Good to know
O'Donoghue's is a popular bar with a central location so some street noise and noise from patrons leaving the bar may be experienced on lower floor during busy times.
There are 3 floors and no elevator.
Check-in is at the bar and there is a separate entrance to the guesthouse.
If arriving early please forward your flight details and early check in will try to be arranged.
Metered parking in the area from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. Mornings can be prepaid for 3 hours. Dawson street parking lot 5 minutes from the property.
