6.0Convenient to airport but otherwise unpleasant. First room was ridiculously small and incredibly basic. Not consistent with photos. Asked for upgrade which they were very nice about but only slightly better. We had a very early flight so stayed about 12 hours only but would have changed hotels if we had to spend more time there. Best part are the stairs from the photos. They are beautiful but the rest of the hotel needs a renovation.

8.0Hotel is conveniently located in the city within walking distance to restaurants and the forum mall. Beautiful views of the canal and the city. Rooms were someone what dated but very clean. The staff is professional and extremely friendly/helpful.

10.0Great stay. Was upgraded to a superior room that had a balcony. Room was well appointed, reception staff very helpful and the breakfast was better than average. Great location right next tow canal but still quiet at night. Loves the stay and would highly recommend it
