3.0− The facility had a shady low life feel, prostitution, panhandling, people in and out at all hours of the night. Plumbing and television noises from neighboring units transmitted through shared vents, the rooms had no insulation in the walls so you could hear car doors slamming and noises from neighboring guests all night long. Terrible experience, never again.
