Très bel hôtel dans un cadre exceptionnel, mais une expérience qui pourrait être mieux encadrée
5.0L'emplacement est magnifique, avec une vue superbe sur la campagne toscane. Le domaine est plein de charme et donne réellement l'impression de séjourner dans un petit village. Le restaurant est également excellent et constitue un vrai point fort de l'établissement. Les plus : * Emplacement exceptionnel. * Vue magnifique. * Excellent restaurant. * Charme du domaine, qui évoque un petit village toscan.
− En revanche, plusieurs aspects nous ont déçus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Malgré une réservation effectuée longtemps à l'avance, plusieurs activités étaient déjà complètes. Même le Sunset Negroni doit être réservé à l'avance, ce qui enlève toute spontanéité au séjour. L'hôtel devrait également mieux veiller au confort de tous ses clients. Il était parfois impossible de profiter de la piscine en raison d'enfants qui criaient, couraient et sautaient continuellement. Il ne devrait pas appartenir aux autres clients d'intervenir, au risque de se faire ensuite prendre à partie par les parents. C'est à l'établissement de faire respecter un minimum de règles de savoir-vivre afin que chacun puisse profiter des espaces communs sereinement. Petit détail : le mini bar en dehors des boissons n’est que pour l’arrivée puis non renouvelé contrairement aux boissons, c’est bien dommage qu’un séjour d’une nuit ou d’une semaine soit considéré comme équivalent et pour ce genre genre d’établissement c’est particulièrement « cheap ». Enfin, la salle de sport est vraiment trop petite et le service, bien que professionnel, nous a semblé assez impersonnel. Les moins : * Activités rapidement complètes malgré une réservation anticipée, même des expériences simples comme le Sunset Negroni. * Manque d'encadrement pour garantir le calme autour de la piscine. * Salle de sport trop exiguë. * Personnel assez impersonnel.

10.0Everything about this hotel is amazing. I've stayed at some wonderful 5 star hotels and would rate this at the top of the list. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The food and facilities were amazing and so many great venues nearby for sightseeing, food, wine.
