7.0Le personnel était très agréable et l’emplacement parfait. La chambre était propre.
− L’eau ne s’évacuait pas bien dans la douche. Deux lits simples étaient collés pour former un grand lit, cependant ces lits se séparaient donc un peu pénible.

7.01. The location is excellent at the city centre. 2. The room is very spacious. 3. The staff is very friendly, at least the receptionist who attended to us was very nice, helpful and respectful. 4. It's good value for money. I had a 5 bedroom flat at a cheap price which made up for the small inconveniences. 5. Shower was hot then way I like it. The shower gel and shampoo and hand soaps provided. There was a bidet in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious.
− 1. You arrive and you ring and someone tells you that the reception is in another building on the street behind. It would be great to provide this information upfront at Booking.com. 2. It said breakfast was included but it's biscuit bread with jam, teabags, Nutella and croissant. No milk. I was expecting a better breakfast in the morning. At least milk in the fridge in the kitchen would be good. 3. The AC was a bit fiddly. Not easy to operate with the remote. But all the above are things one can do without. So all good.
