5.0− THE POOL WAS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT MY STAY. FOUND OUT THAT IT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR AWHILE AND YET THEY SAY IN THEIR BOOKING AS PART OF AMENITIES. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS REGARD

− Der Pool war nicht benutzbar, was sehr bedauerlich war. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett lag der Dreck und den Gang sollte man auch saugen. Wo kommen die 5 Sterne her?

9.0Tropical resort style with comfortable, spacious rooms, delicious array of Chinese and Thai dishes, and wide range of facilities such as tennis courts and a pool. I loved the bathtub with a view in our room and large King size bed!
− Unfortunately, the pool was closed while we were there. Most likely because of the recent flooding in Bangkok.
