8.0Buen trato del dueño y muy amable y correcto, habitaciones cómodas. Ubicación un poco alejada del ruidoso centro de Bansko, lo que es un punto a favor, en una población como Bansko
− Quizás parte de las instalaciones necesitan una reforma. El cartel del hotel está escondido. No probamos el desayuno, pues el precio nos pareció caro y los horarios ilógicos para quien viene a hacer senderismo.

9.0The hosts and staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help whenever they could. The evening meals were delicious and we ended up enjoying the evening with the hosts and their friends which was lovely. The hotel was very homely with lots of nice little touches such as freshly baked cookies.
