8.0L'emplacement était parfait dans le centre historique. Le personnel très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de pain baguette et que les petits pains étaient très durs. La chambre très confortable, mais on entendait très fort les bruits de ménage de l'étage supérieur. Le peu de temps qu'on passait dans la chambre, on entendait tout le temps des mouvements de meubles.

9.0Gorgeous rooms and unbeatable neighborhood. Service desk gents were top notch. They are at the ready to call a reliable taxi or assist with great tour or food recs. I looked at so many hotels, and so happy we chose Hotel Smeraldo. Our room was small but well appointed and looked freshly remodeled. Had roomy closet, comfy beds, great shower and A/C, and delicious big breakfast. You can walk 1k or less any direction and be at any of the major Rome sites. We took a taxi to Vatican, but could have walked. Trestavere is 15 minutes across bridge to many restaurants, Pantheon is 15 min, Trevi and Colosseum 30 minute walk.
