9.0Die Vermieterin war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und professionell in der Kommunikation. Ich habe alle Informationen vorab von ihr erhalten, inklusive Wegbeschreibung und Erklärungen für die Vaporetti Linien. Die Lage ist TOP, das Frühstück herzlich gestaltet und ausreichend für einen Start in den Tag. Das Zimmer wurde täglich aufgeräumt und war sehr sauber.
− Das Aroma der venezianischen Kanäle ist in der ganzen Stadt präsent.
A romantic stay in a great location
10.0Our room was charming and romantic which made our stay in Venice special. Marina had gifted us a bottle of proseco as I had communicated we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The location was excellent. We spent our first day wandering only to realize we were a 5 minute walk to St. Marks square. A bonus was the restaurant below us, excellent food and service; it was a great place for dinner, or a nightcap before heading upstairs to our room.
− We used the gps on our phones which kept getting us lost and we passed the property a few times before we realized it (blame it on modern technology). Marina had provided detailed directions on how to get to the property but again, technology gave a delay in receiving them.

9.0Our room was so richly decorated in truly venetian style furniture and drapes that we felt as though we were truly in Venice for every moment of our trip! I doubt this would have been the case if we had stayed in one of the modern local hotels. Marina was beyond helpful at every stage of our stay .. from texting detailed instructions on how to enter the building, searching up water taxi timetables and giving advice on where to find truly Italian dining experiences closeby. The breakfast was gorgeously presented and delicious.
