2.0Booked and promised: "Room with view". In reality: Room was groundfloor and in front of parking place. Despite rainy and cold days heating didn't work and for the heater brought by landlord he charged extra fee for electricity (10€ per day!). Rooms not been cleaned a single time in one week, for change of towels we had to ask. Finally landlord said he never received 30% of prepayment (which we advised but didn't have papers at hand as we trusted and thought confirmation of booking would be proof enough!) and started to scream at us in the weardest form when we tried to argue that we shouldn't be charged 100% plus extra for electricity. I never in my life had a worse experience in a foreign country. This person shouldn't host guests at all.
