Staff were lovely.

− We were on the sixth floor but the lift only goes to the fifth floor. This was only an issue on arrival and departure when we had our cases. Other than that it was fine.

10.0I use this hotel every time I am in Paris - luckily every other month. The rooms are very nice, and the personnel and location (at the heart of the 5th arrondissement) unbeatable! An excellent choice no matter what is the reason of your visit.
Lovely Hotel With the Perfect Parisian Flair
10.0This was my family’s 3rd visit to the Saint Jacques, and there is a reason we return. The hotel has a perfect French atmosphere with a staff that treats you like family. The intimate atmosphere of this quaint boutique hotel will let you know you are truly in Paris.
Please note that a public parking can be reached within a 5-minute walk from the property.
