8.0El trato del personal es muy cercano y amable. Tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con una señora portuguesa en la recepción muy simpática y agradable. El hotel dispone de una nevera compartida para poder refrigerar alimentos, además de otras estancias comunes, donde puedes disfrutar de juegos o tomar un café cortesía del Hotel. Desde la zona del aparcamiento tienes unas buenas vistas a los Alpes.
− Hacía mucho calor, y aunque había un par de ventiladores, hacían muchísimo ruido. En general, a pesar de que se nota el esfuerzo por mantener las instalaciones, sería recomendable una actualización. El baño es absolutamente pequeño, minúsculo. Simplemente tiene una bañera con cortina y el váter con espacio para entrar y salir una persona. El lavabo está dentro de la habitación. Es un poco angustioso.

8.0インターラーケンにしてはお手頃価格で宿泊できた。共有ラウンジに、電子レンジや冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカーや製氷器などあり、いつでも使用することができた。暑い時期だったので、いつでも氷が手に入ることがありがたかった。
− エレベーターは小さめで、部屋に行くまでにも段差があったりと、大型スーツケース＋ベビーカー持ちには少し動きづらかった。
