10.0I honestly don't understand why this hotel has such bad reviews !! I stayed for 03 nights in a single room, and I had a really good experience. For a 01 star hotel, it's actually excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for one person, with enough room for my suitcase. The bathroom was also clean and perfectly fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stairs are quite narrow, as is often the case in old Dutch buildings, but the staff kindly offered to help me with my suitcase. I also had a beautiful view of Damrak street and Canal. The location is absolutely fantastic ! Just a short walk from Amsterdam Central and the Red Light District. You can explore almost the entire city on foot, and easily pop back to your room to drop off your shopping before heading out again. If I come back to Amsterdam, I'll definitely stay here again. It's become my go-to place in the city 💙

Soggiorno fantastico, camera con balcone e vista spettacolare su Piazza Dam. Posizione perfetta per visitare Amsterdam,
9.0Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il balcone della camera con vista su Piazza Dam, davvero spettacolare! La posizione della struttura è eccezionale, centralissima e comoda per raggiungere tutto a pochi passi: attrazioni, negozi, ristoranti e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per godersi al meglio Amsterdam. Una posizione davvero perfetta per visitare la città!
− L’unica piccola pecca è stato un po’ di rumore, probabilmente dovuto alla posizione centralissima dell’hotel. La pulizia era discreta, ma con un po’ più di attenzione ai dettagli si potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente. Tuttavia, il rumore era assolutamente sopportabile e non ha compromesso il soggiorno. Nel complesso, mi sono trovata molto bene!
