Not on beach, but close walk across street
8.0Room was nice, small but typical for European hotels. Air conditioner was on, but often it didn't feel like it (I'm also usually cold). Thermostat is controlled by office. We didn't complain though. Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning lady was great & kept room tidy. Local area of Montesilvano was kind of run down & didn't have many stores, but beach was nice. There is a grocery store & bike rental shop very close. Town of Pescara has more stores and is better kept.
