− A única coisa que realmente não gostei é que estragaram-se 2 elevadores ao mesmo tempo… ficaram por uma semana estragados… nem ofereceram para buscar as malas nos quartos… estávamos no 5º andar com uma criança e uma idosa.

− La espera para hacer la habitación, hasta las 17 horas nunca estuvo lista la habitación, en una de las habitaciones que ocupamos hicieron la cama con el mando de la TV dentro.
