− Tables in the bar are sticky from the the deterioration of the varnish by the cleaning chemicals-surface is nasty & sticky - could be rectified with rubbing down & not using varnish.

7.0Location was close to where we wanted to be. Clean and air conditioned.
− It's a big complex and our room was 2 and a half minutes walk from reception. Edge of mattress was very soft. Couldn't get a tv station to watch the picture kept disappearing. There was a loss of water to the site. Not the hotels fault but couldn't shower before going out. No offer of any recompense.
Bliss... so relaxing and rejuvenating!
10.0Everything at this hotel was wonderful! The warm welcome at the reception, the extravagant, spotless room with patio, the big pool, the spa, the changing areas, the gym! Truly a bliss. The aircon and pool are great during summer heatwaves and we were allowed to use the pool and wellness facilities during the day of checking out. Ample private parking. Definitely want to go back to this gem!
