4.0Location was fantastic. Personal swimming area and entry to the lake is great. Vallet parking.
− Very disapointed with breakfast - staff does not undertsand very simple english, variary is bed and breakfast level, not higher.. there are almost no fruits and in addition some fruits we had contained some bugs (resported to the staff). Our room looked like some old and cheap 2-3 star hotel room (was clean though). We also have booked massages which were very good but getting to massage area - is horrible, the idea to have SPA and massage areas 200 meters apart and not connected internally is terrible. Both SPA and massage areas feel dirty and smelly, especially steam bath - you can literally smell the mould.. everything feels very uncomfortable.. There is no sauna - only steam bath. Hotel is terrible, will never go back! Money wasted..

9.0Beautiful Palace in a stunning location with sublime views of the lake. The indoor swimming pool is incredible. The park is a delight to take a nap. The outdoor staircase ideal for pictures and proposal.

7.0Vu chambre et emplacement de l'hotel
− Produits de toilette dans la SBD pas à la hauteur d'un 5* A notre arrivée le personnel de l'hotel devrait être plus pro actif pour proposer de porter les bagages en chambre. Ressenti d'un personnel trop "Ecole Hotelière" et donc en formation. Il faut augmenter le nombre d'encadrants et de personnes expérimentées dans un 5* de ce profil d'hotel.

10.0Classic palace hotel on magnificent grounds. Beautiful views of the lake. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant was excellent as was breakfast.
