10/10 stay in Sofia
10.0We loved our stay. From the beginning, it was a warm welcome and check-in experience. As we entered our room, we were greeted with a welcome note and bottles of sparkling and still water. The air conditioning was on and the room was beautifully presented. We appreciated what was provided in the bathroom: a shaving kit, cotton pads and swabs, shower caps, and much more. Breakfast was always on time, and a lot of effort was put in to make it such a memorable experience. The hotel is in a cool part of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. There's a nice wine shop on the corner and a great buzz around the area. We also loved the Flip Flop bar and restaurant next door. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to all the landmarks, but this was great because it didn't feel touristy and you get to mingle with the locals. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Sofia.

− Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr unhöflich, überheblich und wenig hilfsbereit- unprofessionell . Schade eigentlich, da das Hotel grundsätzlich sehr nett wäre. Der Kollege vom Frühstück der Früh hingegen ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

9.0Breakfast is tailored to each guest. You select your items and time slot from the menu in advance, and it can be delivered to your room on request. On one occasion, I had to leave earlier than the first available breakfast slot, so the staff kindly prepared sandwiches ahead of time for me to take along. A lovely, thoughtful touch.
