− No shampoo and conditioner in a 5• hotel is kind of cheap. Spent a lot of time finding an open shop nearby. There were ants in my bed… got another room which was smaller…

− Lepusztult, túlárazott. A wellness gyakorlatilag a becsekkolás előtt zár, és a kicsekkolás után nyit. Azaz, ha valaki csupán egy éjszakára száll meg, az nem tudja használni, bár a teljes árat fizette. A lobbyban nem működik a klíma.
