1.0− Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el primer momento, la atención recibida por parte de la recepcionista fue poco profesional, poco amable y nada resolutiva. Reservamos una habitación a través de Booking basándonos en las fotografías y la descripción publicadas. Sin embargo, al llegar y realizar el registro, nos asignaron una habitación que no se correspondía con la que habíamos reservado y pagado. Al comunicar la incidencia en recepción, la única respuesta que recibimos fue que no podían hacer mucho al respecto. Finalmente, nos facilitaron las llaves de otra habitación que, aunque era más parecida a la anunciada, seguía sin ser la que habíamos elegido. Además, el estado de la habitación dejaba bastante que desear. Cada vez que encendíamos el aire acondicionado desprendía un fuerte olor a humedad muy desagradable, y el propio alojamiento tenía un ambiente con olor a humedad, lo que transmitía una sensación de falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza. En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia muy insatisfactoria. La atención recibida y las condiciones del alojamiento no estuvieron a la altura de lo anunciado ni de lo que habíamos pagado. No volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel y, por nuestra experiencia, no lo recomendaríamos.

− La playa en cuesta se baja bien pero para volver cuesta. La mampara de la ducha se sale algo de agua
