9.0The staff was amazing, respectful and very helpful. I had an issue with electricity in my room and staff helped promptly despite being very early in the morning. They were also so kind and brought kettle, tea and coffee to my room. The room was clean and had necessary basics for comfort and not so expensive stay.
− Location is a bit far from central london but very accessible with buscstations few minutes walk from hotel. Side lamos didn't work but was not a big problem and I didn't ask how to use them.

1.0This hotel was very very bad and dirty. The management changed my room without informing me and they couldn’t refund me my money back. Everything about this hotel was bad.
− I didn’t like the lounge. Its messy and dirty with left over food everywhere.
