It was nice, breakfast was amazing, spacious room but sound ran rampant inside
6.0Breakfast was really good, had a lot of options and the staff around was really nice and helpful. The room was spacious, had enough storage space to store everything, the balcony was great and so was the view.
− The pool was ok, the problem with it was the amount of mosquitoes around the water. Made it unbearable to be at the hot tub. Upon arrival, we were told we need to have caps to be in the pool, we were given caps and then, when we left, th they were charged. There was no warning of the cost or the need for payment, that wasn't great. The rooms themselves have zero isolation. We could hear everything. Specially the staff at 9am in the morning on a saturday. I know they have to work, but screaming and laughing that loud at that time.. considering the zero sound isolation... could be better - avoid rooms on the first floor, specially. The pool is on that side and we could hear the waterfall coming from the pool.
