4.0Voyage pour affaire, réservation pour 3 chambres 1 nuit, arrivée tardive après 22h. Aucune solution proposée, la personne au téléphone à l’accueil de l’hôtel m’a même raccroché au nez en cours de conversation. Après discussion avec une permanence téléphonique nous apprenons que l’accès à l’hôtel pouvait se faire via un code. Je ne fais aucun commentaire sur la qualité de l’hôtel car finalement nous n’avons pas pu y loger et nous avons quand même payé les 3 chambres. En revanche je critique vivement le discours, l’attitude et le manque de service de la part du personnel. Ne pas proposer de solution alors qu’elle existe, raccrocher au nez parce qu’on ne veut pas apporter de service et même après le non séjour, aucune considération de la part de l’établissement. En plus de l’hôtel, la qualité du personnel est important dans un séjour et pour cela mets une mauvaise quotation et ces critiques.

10.0Petit dejeuner cher et mal.placé pas pratique avec les clients qui occupent les tables juste devant ) Propre agreable bonne literie par contre la clim tres bruyante et le voyant de la télé quon ne peut pas eteindre Repas tres long a etre servi correcte mais tres peu de choix et assez cher

4.0The cliche ‘I’ve never reviewed before but..!’ - This property was nothing like advertised. It was like a block of council flats, very noisy with doors banging. The cot for the baby was very mouldy with no sheet. The shower was sort of half way on the wall so came out sideways rather than water coming down onto my (short!) body. It was like a swimming pool with a drain in the middle. The wallpaper had all come off and was covered in mildew and damp. The bedroom had some weird boudoir theme. The linen was white and clean thankfully. Felt a little vulnerable there and was glad we were leaving at 6am to move on.

10.0We arrived late and the front desk staff was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before retiring to our room. Parking is on site, just across the road. The breakfast was delicious with several hot and cold food options.
