Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay. Amazing view from the balcony!! We stayed during our alpe-adria cycle tour and there was a safe place to store the bikes. Some vegan options at breakfast too. They also do afternoon snacks/soup which was tasty too!

Disappointed by the Lack of Empathy and Customer Service

We recently had an unfortunate accident that forced us to cancel our holiday immediately. Every other business involved in our trip—airline, ski rental, and other facilities—showed great understanding and promptly refunded our bookings without hesitation. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation a little easier to bear. Unfortunately, this hotel was the only exception. Not only did they refuse to refund our stay, but they also charged us for three nights in a room we couldn’t use. What’s even more disappointing is that they didn’t show the slightest bit of empathy—no inquiry about our well-being, no offer to help, just a cold transaction. On a skiing trip, accidents can happen to anyone, and the way a hotel handles such situations says a lot about their values. If you’re planning a trip here, keep this in mind when making a booking. Good customer service and basic human decency make all the difference, and sadly, this hotel failed on both fronts. We won’t be booking here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values compassionate and understanding hospitality.

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect for ski-tourists in Bad Gastein with free shuttle to the slopes. Nice and big rooms, relaxing spa, great restaurant with delicious breakfast! Highly recommend

The view was fantastic! And the breakfast was incredible! The room is old but nicely cleaned. They should change the lights, though. It’s quite dark in the room.
