− D'être réveillée à 6h30 du matin en début de semaine puis 5h30 avec le changement d'horaire par un appel à la prière très fort pendant ma semaine de vacances. Petit déjeuner trop répétitif
Good value for money and great location, if bed had been larger I would’ve had a much better sleep.

7.0Great location, walking distance to Oxford street and madame tussauds. Clean hotel. Stayed in a different building, not white house, it was Seymour i think just around the corner.
− No seats at breakfast so took to our room on the last morning. We arrived and lots of dirty sheets from alot of rooms were on the stairs. Was a trip hazard
Venue worked very well for my stay as i was on and off the train network.
7.0Location was execellent. Room was clean, needed abit of decorating update.
− Couldnt get tv to work discovered no batteries in remote so had to get dressed to go to neighbouring hotel to get resolved. When investigating why tv didnt work dislodged a large amount of fluff and dust from behind.

− Tout d'abord, une fois sur place, l'hôtel indiqué ne correspond pas à celui que l'on avait réservé. Nous avions effectué une réservation pour le White house hotel et nous nous sommes retrouvés au seymour hotel. Nous avons logé dans une chambre vétuste et dont le ménage a été fait en surface. En dessous des lits, une couche importante de poussière ! L'ensemble de l'établissement paraît sale et non entretenu. Quant au personnel, entre les dames au petit déjeuner qui ne sont pas aimables et le réceptionniste qui vous expédie, on repassera. De plus, le petit déjeuner est décevant : tous les jours, vous aurez le droit à des toasts, unz confiture, du beurre ou des céréales.... Nous n'effectueront plus aucune réservation dans cet établissement.
