3.0The location, cleaner was attentive, it had all the features stated however it stated on the signage that it has Austar and yet there was none
− The size of the door to access the shower and toilet was very narrow, not enough bench space in the kitchen to butter toast, the kettle was dirty, I stood on a nose ring within an hour of entering the room. There was visible black mould in the bathroom walls. All the light bulbs were different shades. The bed and pillows are dated and stiff, we didn’t sleep well all week. Had to unplug the lamps just so we could charge our phones and laptops by the bed. The receptionists was short, abrupt and not friendly with us which is a surprise considering her profession.
Quite adequate for an overnight stay. Have used this facility several times and would use again

5.0Location suited us as did not have transport and were able to walk to the town centre
− We were a group of 12 and the reception was not particularly friendly. We had a list of who was to get each of the rooms booked ( 8 rooms) but confusion reigned as all the rooms had been booked in one name Having resolved the issue or so we thought it was brought up again on check out The motel is looking a little tired and in need of restoration and updating
