6.0The hotel is located near the Hard Rock Casino and the Ampitheater, which is great.
− The rooms are small, very basic, and we had a long delay to check in due to system issues. The staff struggled to manage the situation, but did their best. There's nothing special about this place. If you're looking for a place to sleep only, it will work.

1.0La atención en el lobby. Había café disponible siempre.
− Limpieza de habitación fue pésima. Apenas ingresado a la habitación el primer día, se encontró que un rollo de papel higiénico nuevo estaba manchado con suciedad, parecía excremento. Ante la queja presentada, la persona de atención en el lobby procedió a su cambio quitando el referido rollo. El otro rollo de papel higiénico estaba empezado por terminarse. Tampoco hubo jabón en la ducha, tuvimos que solicitarlo en el segundo día. Las toallas están en mal estado, muy gastadas.
