10.0It was great location, wonderful unit . Spa was great large rooms very comfortable
− not much to dislike, possibly not a staff member to greet us. But it was not an issue
Great potential but disappointing experience
4.0Excellent location. Room was spacious and generally clean. There was a dirty tea towel in kitchen and dirty cup in bathroom upon arrival. Door in lounge room leading to balcony was missing the latch to lock the door, so that was a safety concern. Pillows were very high and personally uncomfortable. A group of people staying on the floor above came back to accomodation at 1:50am and were incredible loud. Could hear everything - slamming doors, dragging furniture etc. Carried on for about 30 mins. I sent an email mentioning this and the other things I had noticed in an email. Never got a response. Very disappointing.

9.0Everything, plenty of towels and all the amenities were stocked up. The beds and pillows were amazing, so comfortable, was like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud!
