6.0Personal al bar y en el restaurante y las señoras que limpian, son muy sympaticos.
− Le rogamos que tenga en cuenta lo siguiente en este hotel si reserva a través de Mascota: Nuestra reserva, ya abonada, era para una habitación Superior para 2 personas con un perro pequeño (perro: 18 euros por noche). Al llegar a recepción, nos entregaron la llave de la habitación No. 110 sin hacer ningún comentario. Al entrar en la habitación, nos dimos cuenta de que se trataba de una habitación estándar, pequeña y sencilla. Lo reclamamos inmediatamente en recepción, tras lo cual se nos informó de que las habitaciones «Superior» no están disponibles para huéspedes con perro. Solo hay habitaciones «Estándar» en la primera planta, que tienen suelo laminado y no moqueta. Se nos dijo muy claramente que o bien aceptábamos la habitación «Estándar» o bien cambiábamos de hotel. Tras un largo tira y afloja, el hotel llamó a Booking.com y esta nos reembolsó la diferencia entre la habitación estándar y la superior. Paradójicamente, en el restaurante, que tiene moqueta, ¡¿se permitía la entrada de perros?! En este sentido, es imprescindible que el hotel incluya una nota en su página web sobre la reserva de una habitación superior con perro.
