10.0My mum and auntie went last week . Both 80 year old twins . The staff was great with them and look out for them . Thank u royal hotel . U made 2 old birds happy 😊

− Rude manager, didn't really care that we had a sink that wouldn't drain, no cold water, the room wasn't cleaned. That carpet in the hallways was lose and bumped to the point I tripped over it.
Lots to do in Scarborough
10.0Breakfast was great . Good shower, great view , good size room, comfy beds. Enjoyed some time in the pool. Lots to see and do in Scarborough, embrace the seagulls , they live there too x

Basic , needs update
7.0Was ok for a one night stay, Had everything you would need ,basic fan, small fridge and coffee facilities.
− Room was ok but 'tired' def needed a good refresh, deep clean and modernisation, Bathroom same, old amd worn needed a good deep clean and update, even replacing shower hose and taps. Was ok for one night. Breakfast was basic but ok. Again little more attention to cleanliness would make a difference.
Avoid the place

− Everything else. The door key never worked once the whole time we were there. The bed was completely broken, the room was dated and not very clean. Never stay there again
