− We booked a small room, gorgeous views, comfy bed, air con but it meant tiny bathroom toilet was in a small cupboard!
Annecy is a beautiful place to visit, the Black Bass is a great place to stay.
9.0Location is great, however, be aware that being on the west side of the lake the hotel does not get the sunset. It does of course get a great sunrise. Given the location it is only a 30min walk or 10min cycle ride to old Annecy, which is great. Food the first night was excellent, but a private dining event preclude taking a hotel restaurant meal the next evening.
− The room was excellent, I thought a superior room had a lake view but I was mistaken and so the view was not what I had expected. However, the lakeside rooms have a fantastic view, just be sure to clarify when booking.
