8.0Cash, staff at the registration when i checked in, is the reason am giving 8. Otherwise, my score would have been lower. I reserved 2 rooms and were assigned rooms that were far apart from each other and at separate floors. Upon request, he re-arranged the room assignments so that i can get adjacent rooms.
− That i had to request adjacent rooms. At other hotels, they automatically just give me adjacent rooms when i reserve more than 1. It seems safe to assume that person reserving more than 1 room would want rooms that are close to each other. Should not need to be requested..... also, The scrambled eggs at breakfast was too watered down.
No communication/Poor customer service
2.0Was suppose get a first floor room. Upon arrival discovered that my room was switched from 1st floor to 2nd floor. I had requested to be put on the 1st floor... The front desk person (Cash) had stated that all the 1st floors were taken. Informed was disappointed as I have a lot of items I needed to unload and take to my room and load when I checkout... They not only put me on a 2nd floor they also put me in a room all the to the back of the floor. This was even more disappointing... I told the front desk that they should have called me before just changing my room... I will never come back to here and will not recommend anyone else for lack of communication and less than remarkable customer service.
