7.0Pieza amplia, baño amplio y muy limpio, sábanas cómodas y almohadas también. Muy buen desayuno, harta variedad y súper rico todo
− Al primer día que llegamos como era un día muy lluvioso en Santiago, notamos una gotera, luego el hotel nos respondió muy bien y nos cambió gratis a una habitación más grande por las molestias, lo que sí, al llegar a la habitación nueva, nos dimos cuentas que el minibar no funcionaba y no podían arreglarlo rápido como para poder alcanzar a ocuparlo, la cama la sentimos muy blanda, eso fue un poco molesto pero en general el personal 10/10, limpieza 10/10, desayuno 10/10, ubicación 10/10

10.0Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, super solícitos, hotel limpo, café da manhã bom. Recomendo e voltaria tranquilamente, ótima experiencia. Localização muito boa, a poucos minutos a pé do Costanera Center.
