the situation around our room booking wasnt handled very well and disappointing after long stay
9.0only problem with the upgrade. first nights stay we were upgraded and fantastic by all means.
− then we had another booking elsewhere for another weeks stay and we decided to cancel that hotel to return to MAXX but upon arrival the room wasn't same. we wasted so much time with many staff and viewing rooms was horrible and un professional service. we shouldn't be told one thing and then when arrive get taken to complete opposite room accommodation. we weren't just staying ONE night we were staying a COUPLE OF WEEKS..
