9.0This hotel was immaculately clean. Staff was very friendly & they went out of their way to make sure you were happy. They emailed you to check in & see if you needed anything.?
− Coffee maker wouldn’t work, but not a problem as they had coffee downstairs with breakfast.
My family and I had a wonderful stay and is planning on returning to this hotel again.
10.0I love the breakfast setup and selection of foods. It was a good place to meet and have breakfast with other family members that were also staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grandkids loved the inside pool.
− I had not issues with anything at the hotel.
Will never stay here again due to poor room conditions.
2.0The continental breakfast was good.
− We arrived at 9 pm for check in and were informed that our room wasn't ready because of a cleaning issue. The staff admitted that they should have called us but never did. They then continued to make excuses until finally giving us a room where the main lights didn't work.
