6.0The room was a little worn, in need of repairs and updates. The carpet had several stains, the tub handle was loose and the furniture was scratched & worn. Also the outdoor covered seating area for the Nest restaurant had a leak and when it rained the water came down like a torrential waterfall. We were wet by the time we walked through to reach our room (which was right off the restaurant). We had quite a few problems with our check in that encompassed several hours trying to get it resolved. Finally, Hailey ( the restaurant mgr) was kind enough to help us with the issue. We thought we were going to have to stay at another hotel before she got involved. We truly appreciate her efforts.
