Very great, except the uncomfortable bathing time
8.0Friendly staff and I loved how they were not fussy about time. Room service waited for us to leave before they could come clean, I liked that because I had kids. There's a day were I got sick and couldn't make it for breakfast and brought it for which is something they don't usually do, I really appreciated that. I love the location coz its close to beautiful places. I loved the comfortable bed, very nice. I also loved the pool.
− Please put blinds on the bathroom window, the guy opposite to us literally would stand at his window n see everything, so creepy. I wish they could get smart TV so that we can have more options to watch. I'd like more breakfast options... Maybe change the menu daily. The pillow covers were dirty but I realised that even they changed them, they remained stained so maybe they should get new ones. I'm sad we didn't get a sea view. Maybe make the kids play area more attractive by adding more games so that some days we don't have to go out. There are stairs and getting your luggage up will need a bit of strength.

− room is VERY rundown, broken door, lampshade and bathroom taps, water all over the place, tv reception awful, couch worn out, decor very old, a lot of maintenance required. absolutely horrible and the rating deceitful for what you got.

− Ver poorly maintained. No lights on outside the entire block. The fridge made so much noise couldn’t sleep. The toilet is so badly positioned you can’t sit comfortably. The mirror was old and had rust marks through it. Bed was so uncomfortable. Reception area old and cold

7.0Great alternative location to wild coast. Staff is honest and hotel called within an hour of leaving to let us know we had left behind some valuables and held until we collec. Very grateful 🙏
