8.0staff is very patient with guests. very helpful and responds very fast to any help needed by guest. rooms neat and clean. breakfast was very nice and eating area kept organised. well done team. checking in was very easy.
− the stairs to upper level with luggage is tiring. the hotel should implement a lift. it will be helpful.
