Superb restaurant service, local food, and helpful reception team. Highly recommend!
8.01)As returning guests, we loved the superb service from the restaurant staff, who went out of their way to let us sample the local delicacies. 2) On our first day, the reception team helped us arrange a cab pickup from Bahanu Bridge, in a short notice. This saved us about 1.5 hrs in reaching the resort and allowed us to completely avoid the heavy city traffic. We truly appreciated their efficiency and helpfulness.
− Our one day before pre-booked travel desk taxi never showed up next morning and their staff was unresponsive. Fortunately, the reception team arranged a local cab in half an hour so we could reach the next pcikup point for our trek on time. Great service by the reception staff, but management needs to fix the travel desk's unreliability.
