Don’t expect your room reservation to be honored
2.0Worst experience I have ever had! On the day of arrival a hotel staff member called to tell me they were overbooked and would not be honoring my reservation. When I asked which hotel they were moving us to they replied there were no other Choice Hotels within the area and proceeded to hang up on me.

10.0Very nice and clean place!
Poor communication and customer service
6.0My husband and I checked in, went up to the room and left for dinner shortly thereafter. We forgot something and immediately went back to the room. Neither of our keys worked. As I was talking with the front desk another couple, who had checked in right after us, came back downstairs. It appears that the desk clerk gave them keys to our room number which invalidated our keys but gave them a different room assignment . After a phone consult with somebody, the clerk figured it out and issued a new set of room key cards. The next day we left at 8:30 and didn’t return until 6 pm. There wasn’t a “do not disturb” sign in our room so before we left in the morning my husband specifically requested at the front desk that no housekeeping was required nor should they enter our room. The clerk left a note for housekeeping. I had missed a call from the hotel at noon so upon our return I checked at the front desk. The clerk said it must’ve been the previous shift who called and checked our room number in the computer. She said there was nothing there. Well…. We open the door and see that ALL of our belongings are crammed into our 2 bags. Hanging clothes, clothes on closet shelf, shoes, toiletry bags from the bathroom, miscellaneous papers all shoved into the bags and sitting on a chair. The desk clerk now says that housekeeping said we MAY have a question. Ya think? For whatever reason they must’ve thought we’d be checking out? I questioned why there wasn’t a list of check outs for housekeeping. Turns out there is. More apologies. Backing up, I made the room reservation about a month and a half in advance for 4/23. On 3/23 at 11 pm I received a voicemail from a desk clerk asking if I still planned on checking in that evening. I called her back and told her she had the right day in wrong month. The room and bathrooms were clean. The bed and comforter were comfortable. This review would’ve been higher but the lack of coordination and poor customer service clouded it.

2.0The fact my mizz was 3 blocks away and the room had room for extra circulars but was old and outdated
− The old and extra extra weird room design and room.
The worst hotel I ever stayed at.
1.0Nothing
− The manager was rude right away when I asked a question about billing. Started cussing at me with a family in the dining area

1.0Nice facility
− They canceled our reservation last minute because they over booked themselves and left us stranded in Douglas during a regional wrestling tournament.
